its okay to fall off the wagon. you're only human and this shit happens. the key is trying your hardest to stay straight from now on. what will you do to make sure it doesn't happen again?
i'm unsure?? i always just had my blade bc every other time i tried to relapse it was too blunt. i don't wanna throw away the blade bc i know that if i do want to relapse again i'd just get another??? sorry for the negativity, i really appreciate you

throwing away the blade is a good start. you can take the time you spend not cutting to work on coping mechanisms and improving your mental health
