hey! relapsing is something that, sometimes, happens. it isn't what we want to happen, but it's part of our journey when dealing with an addiction. you're still worthy of recovery and i hope you're doing okay. stay strong!

yes, i understand that. there's actually a lot of debate around that question, but self-harm can be considered an addiction.
