i keep bursting into tears for literally no reason. i hate it. i can’t even control myself at school anymore. i almost did it in front of my parents. i’ve been super stressed out lately, and for months would cry myself to sleep. but, the past week i’be been fine, until three days ago. i hate not being in control, and just can’t stop crying. please help.
you mentioned you’ve been really stressed out. crying is your body's way of coping with emotion. if you don't let yourself blow off steam every once in a while, give yourself a mental break, your body will start doing it for you. please take care of yourself ♥️ no matter what's going on in your life, be it be it schoolwork, family issues, etc. your mental health comes first. give yourself a break.
