my eating disorder puts me in a huge amount of pain. i get dizzy, drowsy, weak, headaches and much much more. i usually don’t eat until someone forces me to. i’m obsessed with losing weight but i’m body positive as heck? if i see someone talk bad about someone or themselves in a negative way ( body wise ) i go all out to support them but for some reason i’m just obsessed with being skinny. i don’t really need any advice or anything, i just needed to vent and this seemed like a safe space, though if you did have any insights i’d be glad to hear them!
hi there! the anonymous insight you were given is great, i advise you to read that over and over again, but i would want to reinforce that, if you are in a huge amount of pain, maybe it's best if you find some professional help. we are here to listen, we always will be, but we are not trained to provide with all you might need. keep in mind that eating disorders are difficult to deal with and that seeking help is okay. i love to hear you are body positive, we need more people like you in this sleazhole we live in. just don't forget you are a human being, which means you deserve the love you give others.

i'm sure you're positive to them because you understand what it's like from the inside. i know it sounds obvious, but you need to treat yourself exactly like that this disorder can be incredibly harmful long term as well as short term and if you can't control it you really should seek some help. it will make you feel better in the long run, i promise. stay safe. we definitely want to hear more if you're up for it.
