i don’t know why everytime i go to bed my heart starts to beat i feel really concern
sorry if this isn’t really that helpful but, if i was in your situation i’d realize if i’m worrying about something that’s causing my heart to beat rapidly or a medical concern i’d try to possibly calm myself down or do a relaxing activity before bed otherwise you may need to see a doctor

that's a very normal response. usually when we hear our heart beat, we associate it with something stressful happening. so sometimes when we notice the sound even when there isn't stress, our mind can trick us into thinking there is. the key is too allow yourself to relax in order to break the cycle. realize that is okay to be anxious and have emotions appear spontaneously. take a breath and let yourself feel these things. they will go away with time like they always do, so it isn't worth worrying about. as you get better at accepting your emotions, you'll find they begin to cause you less concern.
