the title says it all. i always have trouble getting to sleep and i toss and turn for hours sometimes and then wake up in the middle of the night anyway. im so tired all the time its really hard.

one thing to keep in mind for people with anxiety is losing sleep isn't going to kill you. you'll feel a bit more tired sure, but don't start catastrophizing the problem. it's only sleep and you'll get it back.
