the title says it all. i always have trouble getting to sleep and i toss and turn for hours sometimes and then wake up in the middle of the night anyway. im so tired all the time its really hard.

i know that this might sound a little weird at first, but what actually might help is hypnosis or - more likely - self hypnosis. that actually helped me with multiple problems and there are many that help you to calm down and help you fall asleep.
