the title says it all. i always have trouble getting to sleep and i toss and turn for hours sometimes and then wake up in the middle of the night anyway. im so tired all the time its really hard.

i used to have insomnia induced by anxiety but what helped me most to cope up with it and sleep was try not to overthink, read or watch something relaxing like comedy before sleeping and fix a time for sleeping and getting up.
