does anyone here lose sleep over their anxiety?

the title says it all. i always have trouble getting to sleep and i toss and turn for hours sometimes and then wake up in the middle of the night anyway. im so tired all the time its really hard.

maybe you should meditate and relax your mind...get the phone or tablet away from you so you won’t get distracted and just lay on your bed and mentally make every body part fall asleep until you fall asleep...maybe read the rabbit who wants to fall asleep or play soothing music that should relax your mind and make you not think of your anxiety or eat gummies they take awhile before they kick in so i suggest going in before your bed time hope that helps and best of luck
