i get a decent amount of sleep--like 8ish hours. same as i have for the past 7 or so years. nothings changed about my routine, except for that i'm working from home. but even that was since about a year ago. i've only started feeling especially tired recently. i rarely leave my apartment, so i don't think it's physical activity or socialising thats making me tired... what is it? help. a tired friend.

this sounds like it could be a lot of different things. the most common it that your sleep schedule is not ideal. this can persist for a while. sometimes it can be because of a change in environment. if you nap or get more sleepy in your own house, combining that work working frequently can throw off your sleep patterns when you expect to be awake. you could also have a biological issue like a vitamin deficiency. finally as the last person said you could be depressive. if you are concerned about this, i would recommend consulting a professional. it could improve your quality of life drastically

depression rears its head in many different ways. if you find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, it might be time to talk to a doctor about it.
