being a teen is hard enough. is there a school group for lgbt? the school my son attends has an after school club for lgbt. you could try that. or a community group? do you have a best friend?

wow that is a crazy tough situation. there's no shame in being scared to tell people in that situation. the reality is you might experience some adversity. that is what we are all scared of when making major identity decisions. how will people judge us and treat us? but im telling you your quality of life will greatly improve if you just go for it and confide in anyone at all. even your parents or a close friend you can do it! good luck!

tell the person who is closest to you. they can help. i have a friend who just came out a year ago, she told her best friend. when she told us we were shocked at first, there were some people who took a bit longer to accept it but in the end it was all ok. it's not that bad, don't be too scared. im sure you will gain acceptance. :)

you just told us! that's a great first step. many people haven't even made it that far yet. start small just like this. float it out to a friend. tell a doctor. little things that won't get back to you i'm sure it feels like there's a huge pressure to do this and it is totally okay to embrace your gender identity, we don't blame you at all. the more people you tell the easier it gets. thank you for sharing. come back any time if you need to vent more
