ever had those moments where you know that it’s nothing to freak about and just need to go with the flow cuz you can’t to anything about it anymore,yet you can’t help but think about the bad things that could happen.. people say to just “calm down” and to “stop overthinking” yet i can’t. i guess it’s already in my system
it sounds like you have a good intuition. usually when you feel that way anxious and a lot of feeling for "no reason" it is for a reason. our bodies and minds feel things before they take place. recognize this is your own life and be prepared for good transformation and change in your own life the way you want to see things. our thoughts shape our realities. try not to worry or stress and let these feelings pass. it helps to watch funny things on the internet or a funny film to think about something else. our realities and how we feel a majority of the time are the products of our predominant thoughts.

don't worry it isn't here forever if you work at it. when we start thinking like this it is because we trained ourselves to do so unconsciously by allowing ourselves to imagine the worst case scenario and associate it with real life events. but this response can be untrained. rather than focusing on calming down, catch yourself when you feel these sudden bursts of anxiety or stress and follow the thought or emotion all the way through. you'll find that as you observe it, it becomes much shorter and less real than if you just let it take you. eventually you will find that these events becomes much less common and less harsh
