i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better

live in awareness of your anxiety + meditation to feel and accept your emotions how am i going to deal with them more healthfully? at least try and not succumb to bad ways of coping which make things worse
