i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better

im worried about my brain .. the inflammation from poor diet the amount of time i seem to spend mindlessly , for months and the poor habits that i have inability to stop being distracted , everything is to do with my mind and my brain i look and feel a mess from the outside too i wish i wasn't like this + go to a support group . acknowledge your condition and dont isolate yourself with it live in a way that deals with it and helps you thrive
