i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better

- isolating - binge eating , using food to cope with anxious feelings. just gives me headache and brain fog - staying in bed , it steals time and i will feel guilty after it . i also dont feel better so wasnt helpful
