i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better
hey there! there are lots of ways to deal with anxiety. however, only you can find what works for you and what doesn't. it's a rough path, but it's a path that will have its results. you have some great recommendations in the comments, i couldn't have said it better myself, so i'm just gonna wish you good luck on your path!
