i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better

+ try 'meditative activities ie doing certain things in a mindful way . pay attention go swimming with a board bodyweight exercise drink water running in the evening , lunge walks yoga physical tend to help me more than painting or piano as it burns off the pent up tension - be more mindful in my bad habits, maybe that can stop them . pause
