i have to accept that ive got this condition and i have to manage it well to live well - there are things that can make it so much worse + and things that can help me heal and feel better

+ nutritious food and force myself to not eat junk as i causes inflammation + exercise burns away tension that has been pent up + go outside , feel more grounded and stop cooping up in room +shower regularly as needed , not stay in a funk + make self presentable , care about my appearance by seeing people or go to exercise +time management , productivity and planning , dont delay or procrastinate on big tasks as the pressure is hard to cope with acutely
